The Florence Theatre was located in downtown Seattle. After its conversion to sound film presentations the venue was operated 24 hours a day.

In latter days the theatre was renamed the New Paris Theatre and operated as a burlesque venue. Even later, the space was operated as the Pioneer Square Annex Theatre.
